My first day of the week counting calories, I ate:

  • Four blueberry muffins (720 calories)
  • One chicken and pasta frozen lunch (300 calories)
  • Two chocolates (270 calories)
  • Seven low-fat Triscuits (120 calories)
  • One frozen pasta dinner (320 calories)
  • One microwave popcorn (140 calories)

My total then, for the day is 1,870 calories. It’s a bit higher than my goal of about 1,500 calories a day, but the muffins I made for breakfast were calories-heavy. No doubt tomorrow will be better…
